The product redesign required converting a paper-based solution to an online product using Adobe Connect with two-way, real-time interaction.
My role required project management, defining user journey, defining requirements (design, functional, instructional, technical) developing wire-frames, prototyping and testing with early adopters. The benefits of the conversion to digital format is described in the comment from the students "it’s helped my work at school ‘lots, because before I never really used to read that much"
